dark chocolate brownies. for the first time! i've successfully baked them! WOOHOO!! haha... actually is supposed to be fudgy but somehow the choc chips didnt work out and i deliberately make it not so sweet so as not to cover the dark choc taste.. the result.... soft, a bit moist, dark choc bronwnies... soft and light brown on the inside... dark, smooth, a wee bit flaky layer of choc on top... smooth baby.........

too bad again i cant post a photo here. but still, for anybody out there who wanna taste my dark choc brownies... order from mi ba.. haha... for a taste test... muahahaha...

i'm so happy i've succeeded.... heard b4 choc cake very messy and diff to bake... very true... and very expensive.. also very true... so little cocoa and choc chips and costs me 12++.... woohooo... but still quite contended with the results...

however, there are still quite a lot of things to pick on,
1) not fugdy enuf
2) too bitter for some who dun like dark choc. or bitter choc.
3) not moist enuf
4) doesnt have its 'character'... somehow, some cakes or brownies have that extra something tt makes u coming back for more... i'm still figuring out wat isit... it isnt tasty all that matters.... it's the 'character' of the cake or browny... hmmm... cheeem....

kk. wasted my entire day sleeping. yes sleeping. to recuperate for my lost sleeps throughout the week. haha. and juz now baked.. so didnt study at all... guilty... muz study now... plus the IA results for interview are coming out... i better go do my research on Hyflux soon.... soon.....

i'm not trying to sound stressed...... hmmm...
